HOW TO CHANGE THE DIRECTORS OF A COMPANY IN NIGERIA

This procedure is referred to as Post Incorporation activity and these are the requirements;

1. log on to Corporate Affairs Commission site and click on post incorporation.
2. Select the activity you want to engage in.
3. Fill in the details.
4. upload the necessary document (if any)
5. click on “proceed to payment”
6. After the payment click on submit.

Note: once payment is made you cannot effect any change, ensure your application is properly filled and the document properly uploaded.
