- Choose 2 unique names for your group of companies and conduct a name search to ensure that the name is available.
- Note that Reservation of the name of the Group is solely at the discretion of the registrar general of the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Fill out the documents, which may include the following:
- Particulars of the Company
- Particulars of Directors
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Particulars of the Share Capital and Shareholders of the Company
- Particulars of the Company Secretary
- Upload the necessary documents.
- Preview your registration.
- Pay the required fees for registration and Pay for the stamp duty.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive a certificate of incorporation and other accompanying documents which confirms that your group of companies has been registered.
