4. Approval note for name Reservation from CAC

4. Payment receipt from CAC

5. Stamp Duty Certificate from FIRS

6. Residence Permit (for Foreigner shareholders)

For Company Limited by Guarantee:
1. The same requirement as Limited Liability Company

2. Consent of the Attorney General of the Federation

 

For Incorporated Trustees:
1. Approval note for name Reservation from CAC

2. Payment receipt from CAC

3. 3Newspaper publication 2National Newspaper and 1Local Newspaper

4. Letter of Application written in the Organization’s letter headed paper

5. 2 Copies of Organization’s Constitution

6. Minutes of meeting where the Trustees were appointed, signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Board.

7. Minutes of meeting where the special Clause rules in the Constitution of the Organization were adopted signed by the Chairman and the Secretary

8. 2 passport photographs of the Trustees signed at the back.
